IPv6

This page contains instructions for accessing additional services via IPv6 for advanced users.

When possible, it is generally better to connect to any service using IPv6 for better performance. Please use the checker below to determine whether your current Internet connection is IPv6-capable.

In the below sections, IPv6-specific addresses and relevant details are provided for applicable services.

Tip: On fixed networks like your home network, once you've figured out whether it is IPv6-capable, you usually won't need to check again. Additionally, most mobile networks support IPv6.

Tip: If you're on an IPv4-only connection and still want to connect over IPv6, try Cloudflare WARP.

  • Minecraft Servers
  • Whitelisted, Separate Instances
  • Note: Minecraft Bedrock uses IPv6 by default when available, so the below Bedrock IPv6-only addresses are not needed, but you can force it if you wish. This is not applicable to Java, so you must use the Java IPv6-only address in order to use IPv6 on Java.

  • Minecraft Java (Multiverse)
    • Infinite Possibilities! | Bedrock Compatible
    • Bedrock players also on Java (Online) should use Geyser Global Linking
    • Java IPv6 IP: ipv6.tylerbroad.com
    • Bedrock IPv6 IP: ipv6.tylerbroad.com
    • Bedrock IPv6 Port: 19132
